About Abby Abby Miller is an aspiring musician with a big voice and an even bigger heart. CBS News has called Abby "a cross between Miley Cyrus and Goodwill Ambassador." Though only 12, Abby has chosen to use her musical gifts to help children in need. In less than two years she has reached over 2 million people with her message of hope, courage and compassion. Abby's first television appearance was a public service announcement on suicide prevention. Abby sang Amazing Grace and played the central character in the award-winning video. Since the spot began airing, over a thousand young people have called the emergency suicide Help Line and received assistance. In 2008, Abby met a little girl who would change her life - Taylor Love. 4-year-old Taylor is battling a rare form of cancer with no known cure. Abby began dedicating songs to Taylor and posting them on YouTube. She also has performed at two fundraisers on behalf of Taylor. The two girls have formed an incredible bond. A seventh grader, Abby and her family are from the Virginia suburbs. She has one sister named Alexa who is a standout lacrosse player and student.
